Make the previews for Excel, CSV files useful

The current previews aren't useful (as they are cut-off on A4 print basis) Suggestion 1: Turn-off the preview for excel / csv files and add a standard message how to view the full file. Suggestion 2: Preview these files in Landscape mode.

Now it copies the extra text as well, which makes the link not directly usable.
